I built the agency I wish I'd signed with.
I started Blink in 2020 because a friend asked me to represent him, and because I had spent long enough on the other side of these deals to know how often talent comes second. I did a good job, and it turned out the things I had learned the hard way were worth more than I realised. Five years later, the first person I signed is still on the roster.
This industry is riddled with bad ethics, and most creators only find that out after they have signed something. So every system here was designed by someone who has actually done the job: the fee, the notice period, and what happens to your accounts the day you decide to leave. Nothing here needs explaining away.
